Refund policy
Chiguru - the miniature garden store operates on a no return or refund policy for all Products. We do not accept return of Products except in case of damaged Products.
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced only if an unboxing video is shared with us. Please drop us an email with an unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
The damaged product must be brought to our notice with supporting unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the Product. Post 48 hours from delivery, there would be no return or exchange
In case if the customer would like a refund instead of replacement for a damaged product, the damaged product should be returned back to us for which the shipping charges should be borne by the customer.
